point being its going to be the power plant of that car the fact they bought a brz and ripped out the engine and bought an ls2 and fitted it thats enough they have a thread dedicated to it its called "brz06"

I never doubted it can be done, its just a long way off in that shop. They have a ton of shit to do still. There are V8 FT86s though.



Cyr will most likely either have a turbo 6 or v8 in his too.

I would have much rather seen it running a lap instead of drifting, but still pretty cool.
The thing that attracts me to a LS miata is the relative ease of doing the swap. There are a couple kits that make it pretty much bolt in and done.
If something like this comes along as the BRZs drop in price I could see huge potential.

The car is meant for drifting. The wheelbase is way to short, and the car has no downforce.
