im not completely sure on this but if it was originally manufactured in north america it should be free to import because or the North American Free Trade agreement?

13% tax
6% duty if it wasn't built in North America
$250 RIV fee (something like that)
$100 if car has A/C
If the car is a gas guzzler you pay tax on that as well.
