Whenever i turn the key to start the car it just makes a bunch of clicking noises and that car refuses to turn on. If i try to lower the window it goes down super slow.
My break is also locked i can't even move it.

Can someone explain what the problem is?

This is a 2011 crv brand new.

clicking is usually dead battery / severely depleted battery

Would jump starting a car fix this?
Or unplugging it somehow?

e/ Also thank you for your time

or bad terminal connections.

EDIT: you say brand new 2011 crv. has it been in the shop recently where they would have needed to remove the neutral terminal?

go out to your crv find the battery terminals and give them a tug. if they move around it is just a loose terminal. get ya a wrench and tighten it down.
