What products have you guys had success with when trying to protect new car paint?

I'm picking up my first new car next Monday. Its a 2013 Subaru WRX 5door. I'd like your input on what products do a good job.

What ever you do, don't use product too often. Modern paints don't need much protection and treating it too often will cause premature rusting and fading in your paint.

A synthetic polymer sealant like tech wax offers more protection and lasts longer than a natural wax. It wont shine quite as bright or deep but they last 2 months, some longer.

I know it sounds a bit retarded at first thought... but the wrap doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.
It costs about 300ish to have your entire care professionally wrapped, and they charge more for stuff like; graphics, more than one color, some patterns, etc

I'd go for it.
