so, much like any of the dodges, they are a good truck. i know the air suspension is crap, but that's only on Rebels and Laramies. If it has the hemi, be expected to do cam and lifters as they are known for that (because of the AFM). The express was just a basic package made on the cheaper end. A step above the workman model and a step below the big horn. Good trucks IMO.
