I've only been able to reach 120ish before I ran out of room. I think the max for my car is 130, it's stock.

The governor could have been removed, it wouldn't suprise me looking at the volvo.

i have no multis

btw a governor(aka a restriction plate) is mechanical, used on 2strokes. his volvo's speed limiter is electronic. welcome to the new millenium.
