Ib0t I know how frustrating the bank process can be especially when you are buying something from out of town. It isn't as cut and dry as buying something local. I had to take vacation and change my flight twice when I bought mine. As for the mods you plan on you won't need to do anything to the cp3 but the lift pump is suspect. You will want a clutch but don't go dual disc if you really plan on stopping at 500whp.
