I love tattoos i have several but that skull is messed up. The nose cavity, jaw, cheek bones... pretty much everything is distorted. I have to assume it was free-handed. Personally i would not let the artist do anymore work and find someone who is more qualified.

I critique artists for a living and that tattooer is not an artist. Black and Grey should never be done with with a heavy hand especially that much of it; because it is so hard to fix.
