i think his mods include the rims, the audio system, new turbo, on most likely what is a stock motor. and maybe a little bit of suspension(just purely guessing here) and since a shop did most of all of the work, i would assume atleast 3-5k of that 15k is labor.

you missed the aftermarket bov, aftermarket ic piping/ intercooler, aftermarket radiator, 2 oil catch cans, aftermarket fuel feed line, aftermarket intake manifold etc etc
