you're an idiot.

whether the accident was reported or not, someone who has bought a new jag can afford to fix it, and is going to get it fixed, even if it's just a "couple scratches". the bumper repaint will show up on the title. a bumper repaint that early in the vehicles history will show that the car was in an accident and wasn't reported.

until the car is scrapped or written off no matter how perfect or immaculate it is kept from that point on, the equal jaguar that doesn't have the blemish on the title is worth more than his.

the title is fucked.

you take everything far too personal, you should go outside and breathe a bit more. Theres so many more factors than that, that its not even worth arguing over the internet about. And just cause the guy is driving a jag doesn't mean he has money lol, just means he was able to pass a credit check and pay a down payment. could of been a lease for all you know lol. But hey your right about everything so enjoy your day shitbrick.

Andre is a Canadian. Credit works different here. banks don't hand out absurd loans for cars that there's no way the person will be able to pay it off. if he's driving a brand new jaguar, he can afford it. its not on credit. not at $88K for a base model XJ with no features.

and lol at reporting. another rando comes and can't handle a good verbaling and resorts to the report function.

grow a pair.

Im from Canada and this couldn't be further from the truth. People still drive cars here they cannot affort, not to mention you didn't acknowledge the high percentage chance the car is leased. Plenty of people in Canada lease cars like that because you can only drive it 4-5 months of the year. Winter is a bitch.

lol?

people everywhere lease cars. leases don't make things cheaper. to least that vehicle is probably around a grand a month plus taxes. thats as much as a small mortgage.

and you cannot go to the bank and get financing, nor will the dealership let you get a vehicle on lease that you cannot afford to make payments on.

have you ever gotten a loan? have you ever even gotten a credit card? you have to provide proof that you can make the payments. there's none of this pre approved for$10K loans making $12/hr @19% interest bullshit. you simply cannot go to the bank and get a loan for an $88K+ vehicle without the financials to back it up.

My point was you can lease a nice car for 4 months of the year and act like you have money. You can also get a loan above your means quite easily and spread it out over an extended length of time. I can get a loan and pay it off in 1 year with my high salary job, or pay it in 20 years with my shit salary.

You're the moron, and I know that you're talking out of your ass.

i know YOU'RE talking out your ass because you've clearly not gone to the bank to try and get a loan. there is a limit to the minimum amount that can be paid back each month, and the longer the amortization on the loan the higher the interest rate, meaning the higher your monthly payment gets. you can't stretch a loan over as long a period as you want, that's just wishful thinking.

then there's your leasing arguement lol.

jaguar's minimum lease on the XJ is $10 999 downpayment, which is just about the cost of a car, and the lease cost is $999/mth @1.8%APR plus taxes for 48 months.

you can purchase finance them at 3.8% up to 60 months. at 60 months, thats $1283/mth BEFORE interest, which is 2926/yr or an extra $243.33/nth, again before taxes.

an even bigger fucking lol at leasing a car for 4 months.

thats called a rental.

get learned. life is coming, child.

Guys, how did we go from talking about one British car manufacturer to another British car manufacturer?
