Only complaint i have about this car is the stock exhaust is so quiet. I've been shopping solo performance for a replacement.
Before the exhaust though i will be replacing the tail lights with blacked out LED ones as I'm not too happy with my current smoked tails.

Performance: Rotofab CAI
Visual : Rims plastidipped, bumper plastidipped, Windows 5% tint all around , completely debaged except Pontiac logo on front(only reason that remains is because its there with screws and would leave holes)

I had to make the back badge for the car. It is aluminum. They didn't make a chrome version for the ms3 :(

Pending on the type of machine they use, see if they can unmount from the back of the wheel. Less chance of damg to the face

Nice... My GTI pushes around 250~+ WHP/280+ WTQ currently... Once I get my bigger IC.. Should be in the 260 WHP range.. (Bigger IC on them gives really good numbers)...
Sad thing is we only get 91 here... If we had 93.. I'd be already over 260 probably. With 100 Octane.. 270-280 range...

In a year or two im going APR K04 turbo.. Should be around 320-325 WHP/350 WTQ np.. Just need to save up the money haha.

Dunno if ill ever do water/meth..

Meth is the best bang for buck with most 4cl injectors because we run out of fuel when getting close to maxing out our turbos.

I'm probably going to get the gtx28 which will put me at 400 with math and a tune. That won't be until probably tax return season though.
For now I just need an fmic and full turboback and I can hit 350 with meth on my stock turbo, but I don't know if it is worth it. I just want the gtx28 lol.

The ko4 on the gti does some major work though. You might want to opt for the cobalt ss ko4 since it is twin scroll. You might be able to hit close to 300 on it.

Ok so this car has a 10+ year show history, and has a long story to how it's now in my hands. But lets just say im bringing it back for a great friend that is no longer with us.
Only stating that fact because i never lay claim to work i haven't done (ie the hatch/tailights, shaved bay, wiring.) But I was around helping him do the motor goodies and such.


Car - 92 VW Golf GTI 8v, original Montana green


Performance mods - 2.0 ABA swap, JE pistons, turbonectics t3/t4 .50 AR, custom flow match tube exhaust manifold, 3" downpipe/exhaust, FMI with custom piping, ported heads with slightly oversized values, SDS Engine Management System, MSD distributorless ignition, 10mm wires, Deatschwerks 550cc Injectors, Walbro high pressure pump, Spec stage 4 clutch with 2600 psi pressure plate, corrado Trans case with Tdi 4th, 5th, final drive gears and a Peloquin LSD, Level 3 500+ hp axles, MK3 knuckles, breaks, and control arms/rear beam, urethane bushings, eibach full swaybar kit front and back, bilstein pss9 coils, vr6 top cup mounts all around, power steering/ac/heat/etc all deleted, manual power steering rack.

Cosmetics - 16x9 Kerscher Carmona's (very rare wheels), Full custom hatch welded in from a old caddy pickup tailgate, Cut and shaved taillight (all turns, break, lights functional), shaved moldings, shaved doorhandles (i will be changing that, not a fan lol), shaved genbay, single round headlights, corrado g60 front flares, badgeless grill, some other little things people don't notice lol

really needs some body work from damage over time.. but thats my plans this winter. that and cleaning the engine and having things powder coated. Got a list of things to give it my take on a GTi :D
