Quite a few, Kasey Kahne, owns a sprint car team and still races them every now and then, same with Kyle Larson, Ryan Newman still runs them every so often, blaney also still races nascar from time to time and runs sprint cars, Jeff Gordon gets in one once or twice a year

There are a few others that race late models or modifieds, but off the top of my head those are the sprint car guys.
