Hrmmmm well... lets break this down. First 30 feet goes to the talon. After a bit of rubber from the mustang it has some catching up to to. First 100... still the talon. The stock gear ratio of the stang is catching up.
After about 500 feet they're neck and neck. The talon is topping third gear, and needs to shift. The mustang, also in third, is biting into the power and leaving the talon behind. Fourth gear and ~ 1000 feet, the talon sees tail lights.... then it breaks down.
