In a car? 160'something... On my Honda CBR954RR? I chickened out at 176.

Speedo is off about 10-15% btw, unless you measured it with GPS. But still thats fast, hopefully you were in a track and not on public roads.

EK9 or EP3 type R's can probly hit 146, my EP3 Si will hit 132 and it has like 40 less hp.

american 90's model civics do have a rev limiter of some kind at like 115 if i recall, i have a 98 civic HX and i hit the rev limiter once in 5th gear. the next time i got it going that fast i had it in 4th gear and it went like 122 before i had to shift into 5th and the rev limiter never worked again after that.

aside from the fact that it was a type R its also a EDM car and i dont think they put top speed limits on most cars there. if they had speed limiters then it would make the autobahn pretty useless.

170 km/h in my car, which is what it governs at so couldnt go any higher.
but for all vehicles, ~200 km/h

I wish I could go for a ride in my dads boss's car, Maserati, was going either 230 km/h or 260 km/h ( I forget ) with still a gear to go lol.
(and no im not trying to brag about the maserati as my own, I only wish it was mine!!! ) lol
