What were your options?? Not many full size family sedans are in the ~12k range...

My first car was a 1989 Ford Taurus and it cost me $200.

Drove it for 2 years.

Sold it to a junkyard for $400

my first was a salvage title 87 accord /w 120k miles on it

was $400

got it on boeing web, it had been rear ended, totaled, the guy bought it back (he had a body shop) he straightened the frame, it worked

trunk was missing H and some paint, but it was a $400 car, $5 can of white paint=done


i liked that car, its fun having a car that you never have to worry about dinging the doors, hitting a curb, running in gravel, hitting a shopping cart, or rear-ending your friends 88 toyota corolla for fun

Mt first car, coincidentaly also a Fez was just short of £2k i think.
