I heard it's a nice place to live, other than the constant sound of impact guns going off at 3am

31x38 shop with a wall 14ft from one end creating a studio apartment with a full bathroom. It was set up as a man cave when I bought the place. I think they designed it for their teenage son to stay out there while he was in college. I have satellite TV and HVAC out there. I have 2 double garage doors on the shop side with about 5ft of space between them. It's an oversized 3 car but there are really only 2 spaces with plenty of extra room.

Edit: my next door neighbors have a 20 yr old daughter that is big time into cars so they don't care. The other next door neighbor never goes outside other than to/from work. Across the street is the same way. I try to be courteous. I'm not on shift anymore so I don't leave until 6:30-7AM now. On shift I drove my crown vic on days and my trans am on nights since I left at 4:30AM.

You wouldn't have anywhere to sleep lol. When my dad passed away in October I put all of his stuff in the apartment for temporary storage.

On the upside the weather is much better here.

The neighbor girl works at her dad's cigar shop and drives a 3rd Gen camaro she is slowly fixing up herself. She practically jumped my fence the first time she saw my trans am after they moved in. The Mrs. wasn't happy to say the least.
