Got the written/detailed estimate in an email this morning.

$14,451.87 was the damage.

Yeah but he can make a diminished value claim to recover that difference. Still sucks they're not just paying him out, but hes not totally boned.

haha when I got sandwiched in the 09 Focus it was leaking Royal Purple everywhere and the CHP made me start it to get it off the freeway.. lets just say I beat on thing another minute or two for good measure. It got totaled ;P
