I honestly question if you have ever seen a 10 second car in person
and no not 10 seconds to 60 either
a wrx with a FP green and exhaust is not a 10 second car nor is a cammed 302 fox body with "nos"
Even at a large car show(50-150 cars) maybe 3 will run 10s or quicker
10.9s or less is very quick in a street legal car

Modded LS cars can run 10s with some basic mods like cam tune slicks and a 150 shot but they are still very rare to see

Go to a tx2k event and there will be more 10sec cars than not lol

Yea I know just saying a local car show not a once per year event

There's monthly meets..coffee and cars. Always a good amount there.

I helped build a 10 second civic hatchback that was driven 2 hours to and from the track...all that was brought with was 24" slicks and spare axles. And that was built with <10k budget.

you go to the wrong shows / have the wrong friends. Now im not saying everytime i leave the house i see a sub 10 second car but many of my friends have cars that rape way past the 10s

That wasn't his question though, and that was with full interior so he could run in the forced induction street class.
