We did a dummy mock up of a 25g loan, was approved and everything np i even knew what my payments would be. So i started the search for a truck. Found one, made the call etc etc. I even had a uhaul booked and hotel room

ah. that sucks. i dont see how you could be approved for something and then they decline it unless it had simply been too long since the approval.

The fucked up part is one of my old ladys friend had the exact same thong happen to her. Accept she was after a 45grand new ford diesel... But she was approved etc etc. When it came time for it to actually happen they wouldnt do it.

/this is the whole reason i signed up with a credit union. They usually reeally good with this shit. I wouldnt even try with TD cuz their fucked

Did they pull your credit the first time? Pre approval and pre qualification are 2 different things.
