im not playin in the mud, I don't need rockwells, if you brake a 60, your doing something very wrong

As mentioned I had to remove the old track bar bracket from the frame which I had THOROUGHLY burned in. It took a lot of cutting and about every ounce of patience I had. This was the resulting mess.

Left with a clean slate…

I welded a piece of 3/16” plate across the bottom of the frame to bring some strength back after all the cutting since I got a little more into the frame than intended in a few places. Then got to work with the new bracket

On the axle side, the bracket needed to be a little taller to get the angle a little closer to the drag link. I cut into the existing bracket and welded some new tabs on, about an inch taller than the old highest hole

Then I cycled the suspension. At full stuff the drag link actually ends up at a “negative” angle

At full stuff, there’s a bunch of spots that are all touching or real close to it. The track bar to the upper link mount (yes I’m planning to fix the haggard upper link mount)

Another angle, also notice that there’s a piece of 1.5” square tying the track bar bracket to the engine crossmember. I think this is real important for strength.

Tie rod is real close to the pitman arm nut

Track bar is close to the crossmember (after A LOT of clearance-ing)

And the track bar mount on the axle is super close to the frame
