There are ridiculously poor drivers all over the world and there's no argument against it.


The u.s highway system is not setup to fine people driving slow in the left lane, and it's not going to change (although, I am in agreement with you. A three lane highway should have three individual speed limit ranges).

I used to visit NYC all the time, iirc Jersey does it (although I dont think they're super strict on the enforcement).....

More and more states are drafting laws that crack down on left lane squatters. My neighboring state of Georgia did it 2 years ago.
