It has a double hit of methanol lol. The D1SC is turning 57.5k RPM right now. I could go to a 3.4" pulley and bump it up to 62k RPM which is then max rating. It would pick up power under the curve but not much peak power. The flip drive and 20.5° of timing provide the power. It's only making like 15lbs on this 408. Any F1 series head unit will bolt right on with no changes. I'd have to add another fuel pump or upgrade the two I have and buy new injectors. I think I'll be happy with it for a good while. It's already pointless under 60mph. I'll probably build the trans and diff before I increase power.

Same, I guess cost is a limiting factor as c6 zs are still expensive, so you go for the uglier older sister.

I agree haha. But the c5z's put out great power for the price which is why everyone loves em

No, I mean Id rather have the LS3 C6 (non z06) than a C5Z06
Last I looked the C6 was only a couple thousand more.

I prefer the C5Z looks over the base C6 and the widebody C6 over the C5Z. The non wide body C6Z looks very plain to me.

It's silver! It drew quite a crowd at our cars and coffee event yesterday. I did two 50 roll pulls against my buddies 540whp 402 C5Z on the interstate. Feeling a car hook up 4th for 4 seconds and then haze the tires at the top of the gear.... super sketch. That's 135-140mph.
