But for real, to me the ends justify the means. Id rather pay someone to chip and dyno my car as they are liable for any damages in the process... I don't trust myself with German electronics and such

Small example: debadging. You don't know the quality of the paint and such. It's far cheaper to pay some shop 20$ to do it than risk scratching your own paint and having to pay 300-500$ to have it repainted back to factory quality

Not hard for me to pay for professional classes if I wanted.

Maybe one day when my investments take off. Right now, I cant quite afford to drop 500k on a car with the big mortgage. So my toys are limited to 100k max
