I didnt say it worked in the sense you are thinking, i just said it took the edge off. Pain is still there derp. The the warm tingly sensation/veins heating up type thing that alcohol does it for me. Morphine, oxy, cyclo,vico,perc, etc all just made me feel like im overheating/sweaty and itchy. Its was more irritating than anything else. They tried steroid shots, right to all 6 of my discs that are fucked up, but nothing.

soooo, yeah. I refuse to pop pills. Id rather drink some booze, never enough to get drunk though, and know exactly whats in it and what its doing to me vs dealing with narcotic painkillers.

I dont waste money on things that mean nothing to me and are completely irrelevant to anything i give a damn about. Its called money management.

But you wouldnt know about that, given your avatar and all.

I mean, im into cars, quads, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, firearms and building gaming pc's. Nice furniture that ill never use myself seems kind of a waste of money. For me, if something falls into the category of "not in my interest", then at that point, all i care about is practicality. As long as it serves the intended function, thats all that maters to me.

See, for you, you might like a nice couch because thats where you probably spend most of your time doing drugs and being useless. Me, i like spending my time with my dogs,gf, and cars the most. So im always driving around or outside. I mean, its understandable why you want a nice couch also in the sense that i actually have cars worth driving and you dont. So you need somewhere comfy to be while you are getting stoned contemplating why you suck so bad at life and have done nothing with it so far.

Just an observation.

I'm surprised you even have a gf with priorities like that. She must be a real keeper.

Her priorities are similar to mine; cars and the dogs. Shes goes to bars with her girl-friends now and then whereas i dont go to bars.. As i stated before, she had a 2006 hemi charger daytona go-mango orange. Cammed and tuned. But a herd of deer killed it one day. Shes looking for another car now.

Shes not that much into gaming as i am, but she dont give a damn if i game cuz we work nearly opposite shifts. I work 5am till 330pm, she works 2pm till 10pm. So there is a time gap in there between when we see eachother which is when i do my gaming.

And she can detail a car like a pro. She loves doing it. I just supply her with the stuff to do it all properly, 3 hours later its showroom clean inside and out. So yes, shes a keeper lol.

See, my INTJ personality doesnt allow for irrationality or illogic, therefore, if something isnt relevant to my goals, it is irrelevant entirely to me. Getting nice furniture ill never use is a completely irrational use of funds to me. Therefore, i dont do it. Its black and white for me in all aspects of everything i do, not just furniture.

Its why i dont go to bars. Why go to a bar, which is a breeding ground for the delinquents and miscreants of society, when i can stay at home and drink better liquor, for cheaper, and actually do something productive? lol. Going to a bar is illogical to me in that sense. Waste of time, money, and lack of potential of intellectual discourse is a big turn off for me. Therefore, i dont do it. lol. The list goes on and on..

And anyone thats had formal college education and took psychology classes (which is required under almost all curriculums) You would know exactly what the intj personality type is and it would make sense why i do what i do.

Personality traits are better left to google because i cant explain it in its entirety in less than probably 10 paragraphs of shit haha
