Be honest with your power goals. On E85 under a good safe tuner stock pistons will hold 800bhp reliably. Your goal of 650whp will be safe. Having a bigger turbine side like the BW has will help you have less backpressure. You won't find power falling off up top if you start leaning on it.

Excellent . Dual walbros in the tank with the stock fuel lines and stock injectors safe also ?

Not on E85. You need enough pump for about 1000hp on gas. It needs to be E85 compatible. You will need a return style system but you can use the stock feed as the return. Look at the magnafuel pumps. Go to rc engineering's website and use their calculator to figure out how big your injectors need to be. Use 42lbs as base fuel pressure and 1.33x the bsfc it lists for turbo engines. That will get you close.

-8 line will be more than enough for the feed. A 1:1 boost referenced fuel pressure regulator from magnafuel or aeromotive will round it out.

You got it. I'm going to be writing up a spread sheet later so any other little odds and ends you would recommend

For your goals throw an ls6 intake on it and leave the stock heads. Once you push it over 700whp you can start worrying about it.
