budget build?

building a shelby/lotus t3 motor is faaaaaaar from a budget build.

sure there are some things that didnt have to be upgraded cuz its beastly from factory like the forged chrome-moly crank and rods, but everything else in the motor / cylinder head was expensive as fuck.

any modern v8 / like the hemi in my charger, would be far cheaper to build up then my spirit was. it all comes down to the rarity of the motor itself and finding part and upgrades.

rebuilding the head just with stock parts will cost around 5k...just as an example. sure billet cams and inconel valves are stock, but still :P .. its not cheap
