the V8 car has a better rear end as well, and a smoother powerbad that makes over 200lb.ft from 1k rpm to redline. they're also known to break 400k miles because the bottom ends are so bullet proof. 6bolt main, forged internals. just a good, lightweight powerful motor. there's still plenty of aftermarket for it too, from turbo and supercharger kits to itbs, cams, etc.

at least he's already thinking of a car thats right wheel drive, not a honda, and capable of some decent power.

It sucks the location I'm in. Sc300/Sc400's arent that common at all. Most of them are auto as well.

yeah, the sc400's are still more common though, and cost the same. 400's are all auto, so you have to get a tranny and a kit, but it's worth it. much better power curve than the 2J.

What about the console? How hard is it to swap that if the SC400's only come auto? Or can you use the center console from an Sc300?
