Yea it did spin a rod bearing. The crank seemed fine (I didnt drive it after I heard the knock, insta-AAA) and I replaced the rod.

Its most definitely a pinched pickup tube. I'll get it taken care of tomorrow and post an update.

The crank is fine, dont see how this is funny. I only let the car run for like 15 seconds and it was barely knocking.

It doesn't matter how long it ran. If the bearing was actually spun the damage to the journal was already done. It doesn't matter if you can feel it/see it or not. The spun rod bearing on my LS1 was almost completely eaten away but the crank "looked" fine. If you set it up just right it might live a while but it will have abnormal wear at some point. You are talking about a .000x-.000x tolerance on roundness for the journal of the crank and the big end of the rod.

That's why Kevis was laughing.

No the guy that was working on it with me took it apart. I didnt have enough time to take it apart this time.

Anyways, the screen was clogged with some gunk, which is while the oil pump light was on.

Running smooth for now.

Gunk in a fresh rebuild? Diligently cleaning everything is the most time consuming part of putting a fresh engine together. If you skimp on that you are cutting the life of the new engine short.
