Hm, the oil pump light keeps coming on, but when I shut the car off and restart it, it goes off. Sometimes it takes a few restarts. Any ideas? Think its just stickin a little?

Oil pump light as in low oil pressure? I'm not familiar with the honda oil pump system but you could have a pinched pick up tube O-ring.

OR, you have a fucked up bearing somewhere. You need to hook up an actual mechanical oil pressure gauge to it so you can see whats going on.

Gonna pull the oil pan on Friday and just drive the Jeep tomorrow.

It shuts off, which is throwing me off completely. But first thing I thought was the pickup tube being restricted, but it keeps going on and off.

If it is a bearing the pressure will fluctuate really fast which will throw off the computer.

If it is a bearing and it hasn't spun yet you won't know without taking off all the caps and checking them out. You will then have to re-do all of the clearances.

Did you check the mains when it spun the rod bearing before? When a bearing spins a lot of metal gets circulated and it could have trashed a main.

It did spin a rod bearing before right? Did you have the crank polished and replaced the rod? If not that same bearing might have gone again.

Yea it did spin a rod bearing. The crank seemed fine (I didnt drive it after I heard the knock, insta-AAA) and I replaced the rod.

Its most definitely a pinched pickup tube. I'll get it taken care of tomorrow and post an update.

The crank is fine, dont see how this is funny. I only let the car run for like 15 seconds and it was barely knocking.
