I have no idea how he didn't realize what he was doing lol. You didn't even have to look at the underbody of your car to know it was rusted out.

I take it you didn't go through with the LSX shell though?

My buddys teg that he crashed, showing the good side:

Pulled the engine, took my extra tranny and my LSD (not what u think) stage 2 clutch and we're working on dropping it into his EG. Gotta do some tucking and shaving first.

Stripped the teg. Bolted the new tranny on (5sp instead of auto), got the LSDS2 clutch on. Waiting for a tranny mount. Painted the engine bay yesterday and put some things back in today before work.

When tranny mount/new radiator comes in, say hello to the EG.

Those things are great in snow and get good fuel economy, but everything else about them is brutal lol.
