Here's a compressor map of a K03. Overlayed with data someone took the time to research and study how the turbo behaves at different pressures.

It would kinda explain why you didn't stretch that gear all the way through. It would've been very apparent that the car is a bag of dicks after 3000rpm.
30psi or not. K03s are still efficiency rated at 220. Your car is nowhere near 420, either you need to recalibrate your butt dyno or someones been taking your money and telling you what you want to hear.
