I don't want you to change. I want you to stick around and keep arguing and slinging poo. My first reply was sincere. The second reiterated my original points in more detail and added some more aggressive language to bait you in. Since reply 3 i've just been fucking with you pretty bad. After years of being pretty meh on the miatas (track performance notwithstanding ofc.) I'm a big fan of this new chassis/design, now if only they would at least do a mazdaspeed version or something.

Here in a few years when the market has some nice affordable used versions I might not be able to resist picking one up for a track car and doing some fun things to it :)

Yeah it doesn't look like a complete homomobile now. I think my original scenario would be loads of fun. 400hp, flat torque curve, R compound tires, and some legit coilovers.

yeah 220-250 range and I would be more than happy. Toss a nice stiff suspension on it and it's ready for some fun, that seems to be the big complaint on it. I won't mind having the convertible either, feelin dat breeze in the hair..

Yeah i think pobst hit the nail on the head. The body roll is there on purpose. If they made it as stiff as the brz with only 150hp it wouldn't be as fun.
