I don't know why anyone is giving him insurance estimates. We don't know any of his information or where he lives. The number could be anywhere.

This. Which is why I also lol when someone says "bro I got my car for Xxx" when any number of factors could play in

rn I drive a 2015 accord exl (fully loaded) brand new w/ 8 miles on odo

insurance - $230ish I think a month
maintenance - it's a honda
gas - $40 a month (great gas mileage) ( i drive 400 miles a month so not much)
car payments - 300 a month for 5 years

I pay this by myself and I don't find myself struggling but I have to be more frugal.

a v8 charger I'm guessing

insurance - $300-350 (depending of year but v8 chargers are still newish (2000's+)
maintenance - save $50 bucks a month for any major things which will occur
gas - $ 120 assuming you drive same amount as me and i added in your lead foot cause hemi life
car payments - 15k cash unless you finance

you like a big fat loud muscle sounding car, just get the charger. literally there is no other car I can think of other than that because you love the look of a charger. Only other option is a Chrysler 300 but that is just gross

Fucking 350 a month? Wat

Yup. It's different for every state, for every region, for every individual town. And it's also different person to person with negotiating skills and whether the dealer is high volume or not.

Op. Dodge cars are heavy, oversized cars that can't turn. You're better off buying an economical car and saving he money to buy something nicer in a few years. $15,000 is a lot of money for a 17 year old to spend on a car, especially if he is looking at something that's going to eat gas.

You want something fast and are asking the forum "is that fast." Everyone on this forum have different definitions on what is fast and what is not. You need to figure out for yourself what you consider fast. Frankly, it will most likely only lead you to get speeding tickets faster.

Hailstorms and flooding rose my premium up a tiny bit.

I'm 18 and when i got quoted for the v6 camaro at almost 300... im infering a v8 would cost a bit more because of it's age

I was looking at these,

2005 bmw 545i 4.4L V8

Are they fast and reliable? I found a nice one in my area with 110k miles and it's 10,500$

Could I afford any of these possibly?
