Wheels fine, tires fine

If you going to lift it do it right it don't bother

If it's the $ start looking for used lift kits

The budget boost kit from Teraflex isnt a bad route. It will be fine on road and you can swap out for springs and shocks when you (or your wallet) are ready. Or use the extra money for some of the other suspension components you will want/need over time (ball joints, track bar, etc.)

Id do some research on those rims, 15" is on the small side, but I have seen some people run 15s on a JK.

I went with 16s for no reason other than cost. Kuhmo makes some nice 35" MTs for a 16" rim and the pro comp rims were cheap too.
