Your experience in dealing with "jsp idiots" seems to have taught you that making unintelligent snarky replies is the way to debate rather than presenting a legitimate argument to support your claims. If you were a little more clever, you'd realize you can disagree with someone and still remain civil.

they cant prove intent with that video. all the way across the track and amateur video and it barely caught the actual hit. also they have to take into consideration that ward put himself into harms way when he ran down the track and almost got hit by 2 other cars before tony got him. its a bad deal no matter which way you look at it and the idiots screaming that tony did it on purpose and should be charged with murder doesnt help anything.



we had a couple of back and forths before i said that. just pointing out how stupid it would be for tony to go out of his way to run over someone on the track in front of all of those people. he has nothing to gain by killing someone and he has everything to lose. his car wasnt even damaged by the minor contact they had what could have made him so mad that he would intentionally kill someone with his car?

if you want revenge you meet them after the race in the pits or you fence them on the track you dont mow them down with your racecar while they are walking on the track.

I think it's plausible to say he might have done it on purpose. You can't actually prove what his intent was at the time. Maybe he hit the gas because he wanted to avoid him.

I agree with you that it's irresponsible to claim he did it on purpose, there is no way of knowing based on the evidence we have access to at this time.

Given his record of temper issues, it's certainly a possibility that he did. Ward was stupid for putting himself in harms way, but making comments like "Darwinism at it's finest" and "i don't feel sorry for stupid" is incredibly unempathetic, rude, and likely hypocritical.


If Stewart had no intent to harm him, then I really feel sorry for him. That's not an easy thing to live with.

you can say he might because we dont know. but theres people that are saying he DID do it on purpose like they know that as fact. in a court of law you have to prove the intent and as of right now they cant prove his intent. i dont think you are going to hear stewart say anything close to admit he hit the throttle to scare him or anything because it could be used in court to trap him and say he admitted intent.

and i didnt say any of those things about ward. i think it was foolish that he ran down in traffic like that but he and nobody else deserves to die. i believe turbo dodge said something about darwin but we all know hes an idiot anyway so i just skipped over his comment.
