if i want i can get close to 40mpg with my frs. When i drive aggressive i still average 28-30mpg. The FRS has a 13 gallon tank, but the light comes on at 3 gallons left.

That doesn't quite add up. I could see you getting 3-4mpg better than the EPA rating if you were hypermiling the car but 10mpg is a little looney. That is knocking on the door of lower powered turbo egg shaped econo cars like the Cruze Eco. I'd like to see you fill up, drive a tank, fill back up, and hand calculate it one time rather than relying on the light.
