i have many people in my family that ride bikes. i showed them the video and they agreed. the kids on the bikes were acting like idiots, if your gonna be dumb you better be tough. whats more likely a guy in a suv going on a rampage in the middle of a biker ride because he played to much GTA5?? or pack mentality at its worst? they also said it was people like them that give bikers a shitty rep
ya there were idiot in the group no doubt. i'm not defending all their actions i'm just saying that believing only the claims of the suv driver with ZERO evidence isn't fair.

forget the family for a sec. you brake check a 2 ton suv going 45 mph what do you think is going to happen? a bike can stop alot quicker than 2 tons?? guy was dumb and got pissed that he was dumb. he caused the problems he can deal with the conciquences
ya he was a moron but who is responsible for the wreck isn't the issue.
all the bikes in the front except for 1 guy stayed on their bikes...this doesn't add up with his story that they were all out to get him.
you can't see what happens by the suv in the video before he plows over the people just sitting there. he claims they attacked his suv but there has been no evidence of this. the video shows his tire tread coming off later in the video but this is also damage that could of easily came from running over the motorcycles.
tell me...if you just panicked and ran over a bunch of people out of irrational fear on video and are a rich guy are you going to say "oh well i just panicked" or are you going to claim shit liek "they attacked me is why i did it"?
i don't know if his actions were justified because there isn't enough evidence yet...just like me you should be on the fence until something gets proven not just believe whatever the rich guy with a good lawyer is claiming.

I see your point of view and i take the comment about your head in your ass back that was uncalled for. Here's the thing, there is a difference between you thinking someone will hurt you in a bad neighborhood and you being surrounded by a group of people that you think will hurt you. How do you get out of that situation to protect your own life? Do you stay there on your phone with police and hope no one hurts you? Im not going off emotions, Im going off that particular situation. If the bikers didn't swarm in on the SUV and everyone pulls over and exchange insurance info, no one wouldve gotten hurt.
So, wouldn't you say that some of the bikers made some very bad emotional decisions when they see their fellow biker get tapped from the back?
if proof comes to light that they did actually attack his suv and they seen the bikers pull knives and shit and come at them i'm completely willing to side with the suv driver. right now however there is just word vs word.
this basically comes down to who attacked who first like any other assault case. did the suv driver run over the other bikers before the bikers got violent or did the bikers get violent before the suv driver ran over the bikers is the main question right now.
the video doesn't show them swarm the suv. all the guys you can see clearly are still setting on their bikes aside from the 1 that got halfway to the suv. i have no idea what actually happened back by the suv because its unclear in the video.
the sad thing is people are condemning the bikers FOR STOPPING because of the wreck. if all the front bikers jumped off their bikes and rushed the suv i may believe that this was an offensive gesture, but considering they sat there calmly i find it more likely they stopped because they seen the wreck and stopped to see if he was okay.
and ya i dont support what happened in the end at all. the police should of been involved...not a very unfair fight.
