If auto-- built ATS stage 6

Step 1 -- rip the cab off
Then install, EGR delete, upgrade the oiling system, new turbo, head gaskets, stud kit, fire rings, new front and rear mains. Then maybe a spartan tuner if you feel like ripping the cab off again.

Buy a really good prevent kit. Get it installed. Mourn the loss of your vacation money for the next three years. Get over the fact that you now have $23k in a $17k truck. Don't run rotella, Ford believes it is a leading cause of injector failure in these things. Run motorcraft (ford) oil. Then drive it. Once that is done they are good trucks.
