well the insurance company wont give you what that car car is brand new, they give u a depreciated amount of what the car is worth. they most likely arent going to reimburse you for the mods on it, as they didnt reimburse me for my mods when my tc was crashed. its also possible that it wont be considered totaled. they will have an inspector come out and look at it.
edit: i wouldnt get you hopes up on getting a new car, if they can fix it for less than what the car is worth, they will do that.
from the pictures alone you can already tell theres frame damage lol, i anticipate it being totaled. also the mechanic im bringing it to is a dear friend of the families, and said he will make sure its considered totaled, im not too worried about it. my mods should be okay, front of the car wasnt hit, so the headers should be fine, hopefully the xpipe isnt cracked, which im hoping isnt, and the mufflers may be okay, considering i was hit on the side, can only hope.
as for the insurance company, i talked to the ford dealership reps, who have plenty of experience dealing with this, they say they give a little more thasn kelly blue book value, which is valued for my car at 36k, so im expecting around that.
