nah bro..paying 1/3 the budget or more in labor is how you get the most performance for the money.

Because everyone has a full blown shop to do shit the right way. I'd rather see a motor go out to someone who can build it correctly then see a jank ass garage motor any day.

I knew something was up, when I too started adding up the cost of just the Earl's fittings in the first pictures...was like 1/5 the purchase price. haha.

Don't worry, something even better will come up.

Even though it sucks now, it is probably for the better. Personally, I'd be extremely skeptical of anything supposedly making over 500hp, built by some dude in his early 20s.

You probably didn't want to remedy his "mods" anyway. It's better to start with a project you control from the beginning.
