Plenty of trucks have hemis in them, doesnt make them fast or good performing.
But id still mod it and just take stuff off if it breaks. Unless the aftermarket part causes the issue than your warranty cant be voided by law.

actually yes and no. i looked into it a bit more and called the powertrain specialist dude in town here,..you can run mopar performance stuff and be fine, but it can only be stuff outside of the motor and trans.

i cant tear the motor open and throw in a set of billet mopar performance cams/etc and still maintain the warantee. the motor and trans and rear-end must remain stock as it was from the factory to maintain the warantee.

who is your lifetime powertrain warranty through anyway? because my mom has a 08 dodge avenger she bought brand new and they told her that the lifetime warranty only applies to original owner of the vehicle. it doesnt transfer to another owner if you sell it.

yeah but the next person that buys it can get the extended lifetime powertrain warrantee, which is what i did.

That might be the case through a personal sale, but i don't see why a dodge dealership wouldn't be able to certify it and resell it with the warranty. It's their car!

they arent going to give you the original warranty because they can sell you another one and make money off of it instead.
