only thing is i would never buy one brand new. 3-4 years and it will be worth half of what you bought it for.
you can buy 2008s and 2009s for ~35-45k. these cars depreciate relatively quick.

5 year cost to own estimate on it is almost $80k

to be clear..all the options i picked added $20k to the price from the base model m3.

since he didnt really give any info on the car i dont know what all he purchased optional so thats why i said im wondering how he paid that much.

sometimes dealers do a msrp markup depending on the area.

this would just be easier if he actually gave a crap about what he bought...like if i bought it and took the time to make a thread i'd probably care enough to post what packages/options i got on it.

Yea like you said all options puts the car to just about 80k, then add I think around 1500-2000 ish for freight and pdi, then add tax (florida is at 6%?) and you're over 87K.

But yea like you said, that's with every single possible option.

Your car is only a couple grand short of the house i bought this last summer. lol.
