Nice, grats on the "free" shell.

I had a boosted z6 with a mild build and it ran great,

then upgraded and went to a b20v setup.

edit: I'll be checking in every now and then to see whats up.

no it doesnt. but its got an aftermarket cam and retarded timing, so whatev.

i hate b20 engines. they are pointless

i dont like B20's either, they are in the B engine family but share no common parts. i had one in my 89 prelude and it wasnt a bad engine but sure wasnt good.

edit: some of the D16's have SOHC VTEC, but its not like DOHC VTEC.

i could get a vtec head if i wanted, but im not. imma just port out this one and run my aftermarket cam.. it'll be fine.

manifold i picked up this morning.








now its just time for the head to get back from the shop. no telling how long thats going to be.... but im at a stopping point now.

its a wonder what reading a junk yards can do.


40mm ITBs i picked up for $35 bucks. its came out of a Isuzu NPR diesel truck. its got a little shaft play, but it'll be fine.







as for the head, im still await it to be done at the shop.

nice but im curious as how this is going to work

considering since you have itb how are u going to use the intercooler unless u hook up piping to each tb
