It was setup so well and was in nearly perfect condition. We didn't have a chance to tear into it but it was pushing 30 psi out of a turbo substantially larger than stock. Its really too bad, hes gonna have a hell of a time finding anything comparable.

Damn that was a bad ass g body for sure sucks he didn't really get a chance to enjoy it

So I'm hoping it doesn't snow as I've got nowhere to put the truck until December 1st. This will have to do until then.

Sorry to hear about the GN. My uncle had 2 road bicycles worth $6k each stolen off the back of his motorcycle in san francisco. Same thing... inside job at the hotel. They had him park it at the valet right in front of the lobby doors so someone would be there 24/7. The first night they cut his carbon fiber cable and pad locks with power tools and stole the bikes. Both had gps in the seat posts and neither had a signal so they took the straight to a warehouse or overpass. I hate thieves.

On a lighter note, i accepted a new job yesterday. New plant, new role, better pay, day time flex hours, $25k/yr in tuition assistance, no cap on my hours. I'll be a troubleshooter for the whole plant until after i'm out of school then who knows. It's pretty much a dream job for me. It could lead to great things. 6 figure pay and no more shift work. Beam me up scotty.

Grats mang. I wish my job offered overtime lol. It blows working in a call center where it's 6-3 M-F. I would be all over optional overtime as long as I wasn't forced to come in all the time.

They were pad locked and carbon fiber cable locked to his Vstrom he had just ridden from south carolina to san francisco in 36 hours with 100lbs of triathlon gear on the back. He was probably tired and not thinking straight.

They created a position and called it a process technician. Figuring out why something went wrong and keeping it from happening again will be my day to day. After i get a degree it will lead to a management job. The next position up from me makes about $150k/yr so things are looking up.

R.I.P front valance.

OBLITERATED a racoon on the way home from work tonight in the 280zx.... Sorry little buddy.

No pictures because it's dark. I'll update in the morning.

Although I'm sad I killed the racoon, I couldn't help but chuckle when I inspected the car at the next stop sign.

Better the beater than the nice car.

Looks like more paint sticks and bondo are in order. I want to see if I can rebuild it - just cause.
