I did. +1-1. He is sitting at 0 right now. I could have given him a -2...

Not a vette. I'm trying to break 200 on a 1000cc sport bike at Maxton this fall. It takes quite a bit for the hyabusa guys to hit 200 in the standing mile. Doing it on a 1000 takes a good hit of nitrous and a good rider. Or a turbo. 06 GSXR 1000 owned by one of my riding buddies. It is stretched 4 inches. Full Yoshi exhaust, ported head, cams, forged bottom end, and a 70 shot. I'm riding it because he is scared of the bike at this point. I've already been over 190 on the street. Doing it in a standing mile is the hard part.

oh damn, bikes are a bit cheaper to hit 200 on =P
im still scared shitless of the multistrada. too much speed scares me.
is there any way you can take a vid/pic of you going 200? my dad uses an inside helmet cam and something that he puts on his bikes when he does his recordings... i havent done anything like that myself though

I will have videos when we go. I have to do a bunch of licensing runs first.

I've topped my 636 out at 171 on a few occasions.

I've been 194 in a C5 Z06 with Heads/Cam/Intake/Exhaust

I've been over 215 in a C6 Z06 with a Procharger (Passenger, which was scary as hell)

I've been 185 on several liter bikes. They are all governed around 185-187

I've been 176 in my car. That is RPM limited in 5th gear. It won't pull 6th because of the gear ration. Theoretically it should run low 180's with the right gear ratio.

damn not a bad trophy collection, probably runner up right behind chaosoul
i would never think about even hitting over 115 on public roads, it scares me shitless. and even in a secure environment like a track/strip i still feel fear going over 135.
at any moment something could happen and you'll be sleeping in a hospital bed paralyzed... or even worse o.o *knocks on wood*
