I mean, for the style of rim I'm looking for (5 spoke or 6 spoke, somewhat cheap, under $500 for a set) I havent found anything else.

yea i dont really like the hood on that eg but as far as the fitment goes, you see what i mean.

you can get a set of diamond racing wheels for ~500 bucks.

and they are completely custom.

i called them a while back and told the guy i wanted some custom wheels

he asked what size (16")
what width (8")
what bolt pattern(4x100)
what offset(+12)
what finish(fully chrome)

price was 620 bucks

but you can get them without chrome for about 500

all my honda buddies run blades or flakes.

they spend the extra money on good rubber.

i dislike the blades.
i like the LS meshes ( i think these may be the flakes you speak of)
i like the fat fives, but they are "too" fat for me.
