yikes sounds brutal

FINALLY caught a break....
My front lower control arms have been fucked for the last few months. I'm usually very quick to fix anythingything broken on my baby but I've been putting off getting them replaced due to some very costly house purchases.

Got a recall notice for the front LCAs! Now to just find time to actually take it in. That's going to be the hardest part.

The neon has been slowly falling apart for a while now so last night I went and bought an 02 RSX S type. Will get the car today!

It was shitty up in delaware so I couldn't imagine what it was like in the Carolinas... the storm did just about ruin my weekend as a vendor at H2oi this year tho, sunday was the only tolerable day.. made just enough to cover the spot and like a hundred on top, that's horrible compared to the few grand I made past times

Still was a fun weekend tho, got my car covered in some mud pulling my trailer through a field at the show lol... didn't get stuck and made for a cool look

what were u selling?

Used parts, I used to buy up random cheap vws and strip everything of value. Then clean, organize, sell them. Some decent side money, would buy the car for a few hundred then turn out around a thousand or so after parting out.

Now days I'm just trying to sell off things I have left over, been far more picky about what I keep in the last few years.

We are finally seeing blue skies

40,000 people without running water, hundreds of roads, bridges, and dams completely blown out...no word on property damage yet. The vast majority of damaged and destroyed homes do not have flood insurance.

The ice storm we had 2 winters ago was a 1 in 100 year event. This flood is being called a 1 in 1000 year event. Think about that.
