10000K HIDs

Anyone know if HIDs lose a little bit of light after a couple days of use? Maybe they're just new and getting worked in? One of mine is now more white than blue.

actually the b18c is designed to run n/a..... thats the whole point of high compression.

once you boost it, you will drop the compression to about 9.5:1 for about 12-15 psi. you're better off running an lsb18 with an aggressive cam.

If you're going to boost a b18c you're just better off going b18b block b18c head then boosting. But if you're going to do that you're better off going h22.

I know a couple people with boosted b18c's and they have them done up right.

you're never better off going with an h22

you wouldnt want to use a b18c head for boost in general.

There's sometimes a burn in period on hids but only lasts for like a day or so depending on how much they're being used. After that they go to the correct color. But those hids are aimed poorly and you are going to get pulled over probably the first night you drive lol. You also get terrible output so dunno why you would want 10,000k hids in the first place.
