Gettin dat overtime workin from home. Love my new job

Actually remembered to keep track of a fill up for the first time since the motor work. Averaged 16 mpg with a lot of city/rush hour driving and really no attempt to keep my foot out of it.

my average went from 25ish down to 14 after the h/c/i went on

Took the tahoe in to get new spark plugs / wires and second battery replacement and they check my car and inform me that I have a "broken driver side engine mount and a cracked tranny mount, and that it'll be 1200$ (parts + labor)"

Who was the one saying dealerships don't try and rip people off?

Well another local chevy dealership quoted me less than half what they quoted me.

I'd say that's kind of an issue

that happens all the time.... 1 gas station wants 3$ for gas, the other one wants 3.15$ its the same thing tho

if u dont want to pay it thats fine....

I just don't get why you would try to pull one over on someone whose already brought their business to you. I certainly will go elsewhere if it means I'll save 700$, know what I mean lol

who says they are trying to pull one over on you? thats probably just what their rate+parts is going to cost. get over it. the other place may be better equipped to handle it, which could make their parts cheaper/labor take less time.
