Just finished signing all the bank and lawyer papers today, possession of my new bungalow on June 1st

I remember a couple of you guys were shopping for a crib, how are you guys making out?

I'm enjoying my new one so far. I replaced the attic fan yesterday morning after night shift. It made a big difference in A/C run time today. My shop is slowly coming together. I'm going to try to coat the floor on my next week off. I still haven't sold the foreclosure flip i stayed in before this place. I've had 2 buyers fall through on financing in the last 2 months. I think it will sell soon. I really want to roll that cash into a 6 or 8 unit apartment. I'm ready to start building some passive income. I want to retire from this shift work game before i'm 40.

About ready to sell all three and live in my office.

We have similar ideas on "retirement" or at least cut down on work when I get little older. This bungalow will be my 3rd home hopefully when time comes to sell we will make good coin off it like the other 2.

I'm married... I'm about ready to have a shower and bedroom put in here though. Too many late nights turning into early mornings lately. We decided to open two more locations at the same time and that was a HUGE task... Should have done one at a time but it's a little too late for that. Give me another 6 months and things will calm down again lol

Nice I'm jell. Housing market in my area is almost at it's peak so I figure I'm just gonna wait it out till the next recession / housing market crash.

staying in the same place for a bit.. After getting sick and having to start a new career, financially it wasn't sound enough to move.. But within the next 3-5 years or so..

Getting ready to put in hardwood floors though, will post pics of that AND the nursery... That starts hopefully next week "when our roommate moves out!"

The definition of retirement to me is when my passive income exceeds my primary income. I'm not a greedy guy. If i build a real estate portfolio that earns $5-$6k a month (today's dollars) i'm done. I'll quit and do real estate full time.

Oh my god... the cars i saw today at Wannagofast... jesus. A cam only c5 z06 was about the slowest thing there out of 135 cars. The Top Speed R35 did 201mph on it's first pass. They upped the boost and it was spinning at half track (1/4 mile)... that is all 4 tires for you kids at home. Several Alpha 12 R35's and an absolute slew of corvettes. Tomorrow should be just as good if it doesn't rain out.
